2023–Now

Komo Technologies (VP of Product)

Tripled ARR, doubled contract values, 110% NRR (since joining).
Leading launch of Komo AI — agentic LLM product for content scaffolding.
Own vision, strategy, roadmap & monetization working with 6-person engineering team.
Leadership team member reporting to CTO.

Komo is a high-growth martech SaaS platform used by brands like NFL, Live Nation & Foxtel.

2020–2023

Reason Studios (Head of Product)

Designed, built, and launched Reason+ subscription service from ground up → scaled to $10M ARR in 3 years.
Led 100+ user interviews, ran JTBD research, personally recruited first 500 beta users to validate product-market fit.
Cold outreach signed Ian Kirkpatrick (Dua Lipa, Lizzo, Chainsmokers) as ambassador.
Produced viral campaign video → 1M+ YouTube views.

Reason is a Stockholm-based music software company used by millions of producers worldwide.

2018–2020

Lime Technologies (Product Owner)

Led two core CRM product lines (Lime Engage & Lime Field) post-Sparta acquisition.
Drove cloud transformation from on-premise to full SaaS platform during pivotal growth phase.
Contributed to successful IPO (December 2018) by delivering key product milestones.

Lime is Europe's largest CRM provider for public and private sector customers.

2014–2018

Sparta (Founder & CEO)

Learned to code → built first working prototype in Ruby on Rails as a non-technical founder (0 to paying customer in 90 days).
Raised financing from angels at Spotify and Facebook.
Signed flagship enterprise deals with Volvo, Electrolux & others through founder-led sales and cold calls.
Built multi-platform product (Web, iOS, Android) for hundreds of Nordic enterprise customers.
300% YoY revenue growth for 4 consecutive years.
Acquired by Lime Technologies (Europe's largest CRM, later IPO).

Sparta was a gamified sales performance SaaS platform for large European enterprises.

Own the Moment Podcast

24 episodes interviewing marketers from Oatly, Virgin, Rugby Australia, Arnott's, Channel 7, Buzzfeed, Aldi. Started as a way to learn a new industry and progressively improve at asking questions.

Open-source GitHub Issue management tool for efficient backlog grooming. No database, no servers, just browser and GitHub API. Powered by AI. Built to test vibe coding tools and integrate more AI into daily workflow.

AI for PMs

Web app helping PMs learn AI, machine learning, and LLMs. Week-by-week guide with reading, quizzes, and practical activities.

Daily Affirmations

Small app that emails a positive affirmation every morning. A fun way to rewire the brain for positivity and optimism. Built with Cloudflare Workers.
